Fluent with all levels of master and subcontractors affidavits, corresponding lien waivers. materialman certificates, OSHA and workers compensation regulations.
- Processing and tracking all invoicing, costing, projections, unit pricing, budgeting, Gantt Chart and Critical Path blocking, sequencing and scheduling logic, budget managing and forecasting, RFI’s, purchasing, cut sheets, product submittals/transmittals, contracts, properly qualifying and handling purchase orders and change orders. Extensive experience with AIA G702 Application and Certificate for Payment and Continuation Sheet G703 (% complete, approval process and draw release) and handling all corresponding partial and final lien waivers, affidavits/master affidavits, insurance, workers compensation and material-men’s certificates.
